Ray Ranch Estates Social Events
Fall Hoe Down (October 2023): The Social Committee organized a "Hoe Down" fun fall event featuring live music by Moon Dog, line dancing with an instructor, and Tom's
BBQ food truck. The evening was made extra special by the visit of VIPs Kevin Hartke, the Mayor of our own City of Chandler and Council Members OD Harris and Jane Poston. We even had a
ladder fire truck and the policemen who patrol our neighborhood.
Spring Yard Sale and Neighborhood CleanUp Event (May 2023): Spring means cleaning up around Ray Ranch Estates. In April, the community hosted a neighborhood yard sale, giving homeowners an opportunity to clear out their closets and garages. This was followed by the annual west wall/railroad weed clean up by volunteers from the neighborhood. At this same time, roll-off dumpsters were brought in for homeowners to do a final clearing out bulk trash items.
Vintage Car Show & 1950s Party (April 2023): The evening was full of fun, food, music, fabulous cars, and wonderful neighbors.
Christmas on Orchid Lane – Ray Ranch Neighbors: The Ray
Ranch community get together was a blast! Families joined together on December 13th to enjoy the many festive light displays and wonderful music.
Holiday Lights at Ray Ranch Estates (December 2022): More homes than ever are spreading cheer this season with decorations. Here are just a few of the uplifting displays around the neighborhood.
Ray Ranch Harvest Party - Great Turnout
(November 2022): Over 220 neighbors attended the Harvest Party Event in October. Greeted by the Social Committee event organizers and HOA officers,
the Ray Ranch community joined in on an evening of friendship, food, music, and fun. Families enjoyed tasty chili and a pumpkin carving contest accompanied by music provided by Rusty Nunez.
The BIG Neighborhood Clean-up Day (August 2022): The neighborhood/Railroad clean up was a big success! A big thank you to John Warren, HOA Vice President and the 15 neighbors who volunteered!
